  1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

  1. How to Initiate a Return 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at norbecktrading@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  1. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and documentation.
  1. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  1. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  1. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days and issue a credit to your original method of payment. 

Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  1. Exchanges 

If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Perishable goods

Personalized or customized items

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
